海馬先生就是"snag" (snag = sensitive new age guy = 新好男人),

是新好男人最佳代言人..

 

inside story: 
海馬太太扭著她的身體，因為她就要產卵了。海馬先生問：「我可以幫忙嗎？」於是海馬太太就把卵產在海馬先生的育兒袋裡。海馬先生帶著卵，在大海裡悠閒的游呀游！

他遇見了好多跟他一樣用心的爸爸，他們都各有一套獨門的密技，保護著他們心愛的卵，耐心的等著小寶寶的出生………。 在《海馬先生》的故事中，我們看到了許多自然界負責育兒孵卵的爸爸，他們努力保護、照顧寶寶們，展現出濃厚的父愛，提供我們對父親的角色與父子關係的不同看法。

有年過年..年初一去了野柳海洋世界 ,看了海豚表演,又看了水族館..
超好看..看到好多deep sea animals..回來後整個假期只看海馬 先生..這一本...

努力看了幾個網站..只找到幾個loveing father fish 的英文名..
the stickleback, tilapia, Kurtus nurseryfish (known here as Mr. Kurtus), pipefish, and bullhead catfish
stickleback = 刺魚
Tilapia = 吳郭魚
Kurtus nurseryfish = 鉤魚 = carrying their egg clusters on hooks
Dragon pipefish  = 海龍
bullhead Catfish = 鯰魚

 

有時會問哥哥:
Which silly father put their eggs on the head?
Which happy father have their egg inside their belly?
Which father fish have his eggs around his belly?
Which father is so naughty to put his eggs on the mouth? 真擔心它睡覺會吃了他們.. 哥哥..直傻笑..
which father fish have his eggs along his body?

 

喜歡這幾句簡單的話
'Keep up the good work'; 'You must be very happy'; 'You are doing a fine job'.
還有最 後海馬 先生對那隻要跑回帶子的baby seahorse 說的話.

"I do love you," he says. "But now you are ready to be on your own."
