Snow Pudding Cake with coconut coating 雪花糕


雪花糕 from here..

 

Ingredients:

1000 g milk

100 g corn flour

30g crystal sugar

30g unsalted butter

topping:

shredded coconut 50g ~ 70g

 

Method:

 

1) place crystal sugar into the TM  and give a couple of blasts on burbo to get powder sugar

 2)Place the rest of the ingredients milk + corn flour +butter into TM,blend it for 12 minutes on 90 degrees on speed 3.

3) Pour the thicken mixture in a plat mould and allow them to cool a bit and chill

4) Cut it into any shape you want coating them with shredded coconut

5)enjoy it.
