黑山豬!

成哥華弟這暑假,回外婆家住一個月後,回來就好像是黑山豬. .長高長胖又更黑 (三月去澳洲回來,只有有穿褲子的地方是白巧克力..身體其他部份都是黑巧克力,還沒白回來) 食量比以前還要大..上床睡前,還會對我說:媽媽,你可以在弄點東西給我們吃嗎?

 

我總是用台語回他們:你們倆個是我阿嬤豬舍的小豬嗎? 愛叫又要吃!

哥哥會回我: 是阿,那你是母豬..

厚 厚厚..

 

開學前我才各買一套制服..,

這兩天看他們兩個衣服怎麼縮水了,這不過是半月的前的事!還聽到成哥跟我說,鞋子穿不下了,hey, kid 我5月份才買新的給你唷,兒子!

 

跟爸爸抱怨: 衣服怎麼買不完,晚上又去買兩條褲子,還只是買制服而已..

爸爸竟回我:他曾一學期最高記錄要換6種尺寸的衣服..

 

聽在耳裡是天方夜譚,

可是我卻是親眼看到自己兒子們長的好快

怎麼這麼誇張..我發誓餐點裡絕沒有放"歐羅肥"

 

小孩真的都是像爸爸柳..

媽媽我從小就是嬌嬌小小的,什麼都吃一點就好了..(現在不是這樣啦)

一雙鞋可以穿永遠的那種,上大學前兩年,還在穿兒童size 的衣服

怎麼也長不高,所以現在圓圓胖胖的

 

前晚上跟成哥華弟說, 趁你們還沒長高,我們要合照一張,證明媽媽曾經是家裡身高第二名的..

 

厚這兩天,哥哥想到就走過來說,媽媽我快要比你高了..

那種小時候長不高的惡夢怎麼又出現了!

成哥的枕頭

 

成哥看到Beky媽的這塊萬聖節的布.自己去找了另一塊布,對媽媽說:

媽媽你幫我做個枕頭套!

剛好媽媽看到moya 的部落格有貼做法..

好好..做一個給您唷..乖兒子..

 

白芝麻粉麵包

昨晚華弟下課對媽媽: 媽媽，今晚換我做麵包 !

媽媽:好阿! 那你要做那一種麵包?

華弟: 黑芝麻粉麵包沾白芝麻

媽媽:不錯唷! 家裡有的材料先用完!

 

哥哥技術指導弟弟怎麼將麵團揉成光滑面後，抹蛋白沾白芝麻

成哥你做幾次就要出師了喔!

 

出爐時候最幸福了，母子三人分享一個麵包。成哥又要發表意見!

成哥: 這白芝麻烤起來粉香，麵包裡有黑芝麻粉比昨晚沾黑芝麻還好吃!

 

今早，享用我們早餐時，華弟:媽媽 ，那我們來試試把白芝麻打成粉，做成白芝麻粉麵包!

 

媽媽:好阿!

End of Jun'10, My husband picked up my favorite quilt book "40 Fabulous Quick-cut Quilts " .Then say... how nice if he could have a quilt like that...He would like to have this incredible unique pattern of quilt in his office,when he is having a nap..?

Ok ok .. This is a great idea for our 13th wedding anniversary, why don't I make one for him? Hey... i was thinking... that's a wonderful idea of showing my territory... Let other woman stay away from him!!

 

July

Week 1 of July... searching for the suitable fabric

Ordered the fabric from fat quarter shop...buy buy buy..that’s my super capability...

 

Week 2~3 of July... while I was waiting for my fabric to arrive... it’s the time I studying how to make the quilt. Asking around quilt teachers. Thanks all of them for all the great advice!!   感謝拼被大師,林老師抽空指導被子的尺寸問題!

 

Week 4 of July finally fabrics arrived….enjoy watching my fabric for days..

And it also took lots of day to do the cutting…cutting fabrics into the strips… it took one whole week 柳

 

August

 

Week 1 of August, strip pieceing...doing the fabric mathing game

Really hope someone could help me with..

 

Week 2 of August... still strip pieceing also fixing up all the mistakes...

Week 3 of August. Making the blocks..So far only made the first 4 big blocks...

And two medium blocks..And three little blocks..On block require one hrs

Another 16 blocks to go.

 

Week 4 still making blocks..Hey how come it never end???

 

Finally on the very last day of August, I finished the quilt top!
